Our two parks offer a choice of lifestyles which allow residents who prefer town living the option of Rusty Well Park, close to Yeovil town centre or a countryside Park home at Primrose Hill Residential Park, Charlton Mackrell.
The West Country is a beautiful and historic part of the UK and our Somerset parks are ideally situated to venture out and about, to explore and enjoy many days out whatever your interests may be.
About Primrose Hill Residential Park
A spacious park estate of 60 privately owned homes with an exclusive sweeping driveway entrance, set in beautiful Somerset countryside. Well behaved dogs are permitted and the Park is surrounded by many beautiful country walks. The neighbouring villages of Charlton Mackrell and Charlton Adam offer two vibrant community centres, a shop, Post Office, pub and churches. The Market town of Somerton is nearby (5 miles).
About Rusty Well Park
A well established Park Home Estate of 107 privately owned homes, exclusively for residents approaching retirement age. Located in the Somerset market town of Yeovil it is ideally situated, with easy access to Buses, Shops (Supermarket 200 yards), the Town Centre, Medical Facilities and the Countryside. Small pets are permitted and it is only five minutes pleasant stroll to Ninesprings Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with Ornamental Lakes and Woodland Walks. For the more energetic Ninesprings Park also boasts a splendid indoor Swimming Pool and Gym with classes at the Goldenstones Leisure Centre. The Old Barn Social Club is nearby and is very popular with our residents.
