The Skinner and Salter Partnership have owned this site for over 20 years. Originally, it had a licence for 33 units, with old aluminium single units. We have redesigned the site, given less units and established mainly double units as new, thus raising the whole profile and value to each home owners site/pitch.

We are adjacent to a wonderful parkland called Bourne Park, also on the main inter town bus system.

We maintain a pleasant and friendly retired community, which we have both individual and friendly relationships, where people live in a harmonious communal environment.
